Anna Flores is a retired healthcare professional with a master's degree in Health Care Administration. She graduated with Honors from the University of Saint Francis.
Anna retired after being Director of the Medical Imaging Program for Baptist Health System for 41 years to care for her mother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She was her mother's caretaker for over five years. She has served as a Board Member and Representative of the 35th Congressional District for the Alzheimer's Association of San Antonio and South Texas. Her passion for the elderly is evident in her involvement with this Association and King's Compassion. She has advocated for Alzheimer's and the elderly in Washington, DC. Anna is a Hospice Volunteer and also helps other nonprofits.
Anna is honored to serve with King's Compassion as a Board Member and Chair of the Care Call Committee. She recruits, orientates, and assigns volunteers to connect with our elderly that are being served by King's Compassion. Our elders should be honored and never forgotten.
Anna loves to travel, has been in all but four of our United States, and has traveled extensively through Europe, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
