CeCe, a Hawaii native, is a seasoned social worker with a background in military service. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Chaminade University of Hawaii and a master's degree in Social Work from The University of Texas San Antonio. Over the years, CeCe has been actively involved in various organizations within the San Antonio community.

Her passion lies in providing person-centered care, promoting mental health, enhancing overall wellness, advocating for others, and empowering individuals from all walks of life, regardless of their socioeconomic status. CeCe holds a special place in her heart for Kings Compassion, as she has witnessed firsthand the lack of support and awareness of the challenges that many seniors in the community encounter. She is honored to serve an organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for low-income seniors through acts of kindness and Gods love.
