Art Manzano owns a State Farm agency, a mixed martial arts school (Ohana West), and a real estate company. He is also the founder of KME (Kingdom Minded Entrepreneurs). This organization focuses on developing entrepreneurs with a Kingdom perspective using biblical principles. His passion is to teach biblical principles that he believes can and will change lives. He is also a minister of the gospel and loves to preach and teach the Bible. He is currently on the board for King's Compassion. He strongly believes in what they do as a nonprofit organization.
Art grew up watching his elderly grandmother struggle in poverty alone and has always wanted to help somehow. Although his mother had her personal struggles while raising four kids by herself, she decided to take in his grandmother till the day she passed. However, Art's grandmother passed away years ago. There are many elderly in need today, and King's Compassion is a ministry that he believes is a way of giving back to his grandmother's legacy. He is confident in King's Compassion because he knows exactly where the money is going and who the people are. "They are truly all about the elderly!" he says. "The founders of King's Compassion are honest, hard-working, extremely loving, and servants of God. There is no better ministry that helps our elderly in this city more than King's Compassion." Helping King's Compassion is one way he believes his grandmother's struggles don't go in vain.
