Pastor Robert Flores serves as the Lead Pastor of Mercy Church, a vibrant and growing church in San Antonio, TX. As Lead Pastor, he oversees the spiritual well-being of the congregation, Mercy Church's community initiatives, and its global missions and compassion efforts. Pastor Robert also serves as the District Youth Director of the Texas Louisiana Hispanic District of the Assemblies of God. Pastor Robert leads initiatives and events serving youth and adolescents of approximately 125 churches throughout Texas and Louisiana as the District Youth Director. His missions and compassion efforts have taken him to travel to many nations, including Mexico, Nicaragua, Haiti, Guatemala, and New Zealand.

Pastor Robert graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, TX earning his Bachelor of Science in Church Ministries. Pastor Robert is married to his high school sweetheart, Isela. They are proud parents of 2 adult children, Yasmin and Isaiah, who are both students at Evangel University in Springfield, MO. Pastor Robert is passionate about King's Compassion's work and mission of demonstrating God's love by serving and becoming advocates and friends to the elderly poor. He believes in providing for their total well-being by meeting their fundamental physical, material, and spiritual needs.
